Dinner

I have no ideas for dinner tonight.  I don't have very many ingredients either.  Chicken...think chicken.  Feedback is always welcome!

Hey Joy! I have a couple of easy ideas...
I broil chicken and cube it up, sautee a mixture of frozen veggies, diced potatoes, and store bought or homemade gravy, pour it all into a premade pie crust and bake...yummy Chicken Pot Pie. EASY!
Also, if you have bone-in chicken...I rub olive oil, oregano, and lemon on it, bake it for about 45 min. ( you can cut up potatoes and include them in the pan as well as dress them the same) and it's yummy Greek chicken...very easy!
Hope that helps!

my last minute chicken dinner idea seems to almost always be the white chicken chili I got off your blog! ;-)
